Caroline works with individuals and couples using acupuncture to support both male and female fertility.

Acupuncture can be used whether you are optimizing your health and wellbeing before trying to conceive naturally or undergoing assisted reproductive techniques (IVF,IUI, ICSI, Egg donation).

With knowledge of both the western medical fertility treatments and of traditional Chinese medicine Caroline can tailor her treatments to the individual and support you through the physical and emotional strain of fertility treatment.

Acupuncture can increase your chances of getting pregnant and having a baby when undergoing fertility treatment

A systematic review from 2018 found having acupuncture improves the live birth rates of women undergoing IVF or ICSI. Existing evidence showed patients who had acupuncture had a higher pregnancy rate than those that didn’t when undergoing treatment.

Undergoing IVF/ICSI can be a highly stressful experience. Studies show that acupuncture can reduce stress and anxiety and increase a woman’s ability to cope with the process.
